Tim has been a senior leader and serial entrepreneur for over 35 years. 

He is a licensed Professional Investigator, Executive Protection Specialist, HSSE, Security and Management Consultant. 

He served 20 years as a Senior Detective with the Metropolitan Police, New Scotland Yard, England with a career spanning national and international investigations across Europe, Africa, America, and the Caribbean. 

A specialist investigator in homicide, organized crime, fraud, financial crimes, drug trafficking, armed robbery, a senior crime scene manager and court expert in narcotics, organized crime, and various forensic analysis disciplines. 

Tim moved to Canada in 2004 and as Managing Partner then Senior Vice President, helped create the largest, most prestigious Risk Mitigation and Professional Investigation company in Canada. Creating, mentoring and leading a team of highly specialized professionals, providing integrated solutions for insurance, legal, government, and Fortune 500 companies across Canada and internationally. 

Tim has been involved in seventeen mergers and acquisitions as part of the executive team. Launching and selling three of his own companies.
